Kelly's Sports strives for customer Satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your custom team product, you must contact the Sales Rep that handled your order. Click Here to get Our Sales Reps' Information; They will give you instructions on how to return your product.

All products that are not customized are 100% returnable. However, items that have been customized, i.e. printed or embroidered, are not returnable for sizing issues. These items can only be returned if the item or the print is defective.
