There are 3 shipping options for our Custom Team Websites, and each has different costs:
Method	Cost
Delivered to the Organization	Free
Separated by order, then delivered to Organization	$2.00 Separation Charge
Separated by order, then delivered to individual's house	$2.00 Separation Charge plus $6.00 Shipping Charge
Please review your Teams Website to find which shipping option was chosen.
All of these custom products are made following the website end date. It is not uncommon for custom items to ship 3 weeks after ordering them.
